Given the custom nature of our collectable cards, we kindly inform our customers that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed and processed. Please be aware that our policy does not extend to changes, returns, or refunds for cards that are mis-centered. We offer replacements solely for cards that present significant printing errors or are scratched. Minor imperfections, such as a tiny speck or slight detail issues, are inherent to the bespoke nature of our products and do not qualify for replacement.
