Which gift should I choose?
When will my gift arrive?
Every order is printed on demand, so allow about 15–20 days: 12–15 days to print and 3–5 days to ship. We can’t expedite orders, so for a special date, order at least 3 weeks ahead.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Design your characters and story in our customizer and you’ll see a preview of your gift before you check out.
Can I make one for just one person?
Yes, with the trading card: it can star one or two people. The storybook is written for couples, so it always stars two characters.
Is this official Pokémon merchandise?
No. Our storybooks and cards are original, custom illustrated designs, not official Pokémon products. You create your own characters, stats, and descriptions.
Do you use AI to make the art?
Never. Every illustration is drawn by our human artists and every story is written by people. No LLMs or AI image generators.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Because every gift is custom-made and printed on demand, all orders are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a print error on our side, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Our Poke Cards do: they ship to Europe, the UK, Canada and more for a flat $4.99. The storybook ships within the USA only for now. Every US order ships free.
