Due to the bespoke nature of this product, the production requires time to prepare your design and send it to our printing facilities overseas for production and shipping.

We send our orders for production in batches every Saturday.

The dates provided are an estimate based on our historical delivery data, and we will do our best to deliver within that timeframe, however, please keep in mind that there are multiple “moving parts” to this process and unexpected delays can happen and there could be cases where your order could be delivered late.

There’s no need to send us any pictures in advance, as you have full control over customizing the characters within the Card Maker App™.

While we make every effort to accurately display the color tones of our cards on our website, please note that individual monitor or phone display settings may affect the colors you see. If you’re having difficulty choosing between a lighter or darker hairstyle or skin tone, we generally recommend choosing the lighter option.

The Card Maker App™ allows you to create custom characters of you and your partner by selecting body base, skin color, hair style, hair color, and eye color. And designing the card to match your style and taste. This app ensures that your card is unique and personalized to you and your partner.

Because every Custom Holographic Card for couples is unique and tailored to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with the product or a mistake was made on our end, please contact our customer service team and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Unfortunately, once your design has been submitted and confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the customization or shipping details. Please double-check all of your design details before completing the design process.

Our cards are standard size for Trading Cards:

• 2.5″ x 3.5″
• 63mm x 88mm

We use a custom design for our cards. At the moment we do not offer custom back designs.
