Our story

How we got here

Holding the original 2020 custom Charizard card

AnekDamian began as a passion project among artists who loved Pokémon trading cards, illustration and storytelling. Founder Alfie Robles (known in the community as @anekdamian) built custom card art that collectors discovered around the world, including the fan-favorite 2020 Charizard card that still pops up in searches today.

We don't sell that card anymore (though, somehow, it keeps showing up from other shops halfway across the world). These days we put all our energy into art that's original and personalized, and that still celebrates the fandom.
